A. Ayurveda-4-You Course (36 hours) – purpose: self-healing, beginners
This three-month course (6 days) is to introduce you to the basic principles of ayurvedic lifestyle, nutrition and psychology. It will consist of the following topics: introduction, lifestyle, nutrition, massage, physical exercise, some yoga basics, psychology, de-stressing, mindfulness, and simple meditation. B. Basic Program ‘Ayurvedic practitioner’ (540-600 hours) – purpose: professional
This is our backbone and main program: the three-year program is designed to train students thoroughly in the basic principles and qualifications in order to practice as a general ayurvedic practitioner. This means that at the end of this three-year program you are able to advise clients regarding ayurvedic lifestyle, diet and nutrition, massage, herbal formulas and stress-management. This flexible and mostly internship based program is designed to train students thoroughly in the advanced principles and qualifications in order to practice as an ayurvedic practitioner. These post-graduate program tracks are highly recommended to all students AND practitioners who want to develop their practice towards a more advanced and deeper, and more clinical level.

D. Open seminars and modules – purpose: self-healing, professional, advanced
The AAS offers on a continuous basis a variety of subjects in the form of short, specific seminars or modules. These are open to anyone interested or only open to a particular level, for example as an addition to a basic program track. Hours acquired by partaking in these seminars or modules can be accredited and added to the hours of the three-year basic program (but NOT substitute them).
